My career started in hotel operations, from housekeeping and front office to the world of revenue management. Those early experiences continue to shape how I lead: with respect for the people delivering the guest experience and an instinct for commercial opportunity.

Today, I lead an integrated global commercial agenda across revenue management, sales, distribution, digital commerce and meetings & events, connecting strategy with execution at scale.
